Ingredients:
- Bluegrass Sundown Coffee Liqueur
- Union Mezcal
- Le Verger Terroir Liqueur
- House-made bitters
- House-made spiced demerara syrup
- Dehydrated lime wheel, for garnish
Preparation:
- Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with the dehydrated lime.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Bluegrass Sundown Coffee Liqueur
- 4 oz. hot water
- Heavy cream on top
Preparation:
- Build in a coffee glass suing the back of a bar spoon to layer in the heavy cream on top. Enjoy!
